EVLT TREATMENT OF SAPHENOUS VEINS – BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS
This is a 42 year old woman from Chatsworth, California, who presented with venous reflux resulting from the incompetence of her great saphenous veins on both legs. Note the massively dilated varicose veins, running down to the ankles, worse on the right side. The after pictures were taken 2 months following endovenous Laser ablation (EVLT) of both Saphenous veins. Also note the remarkable spontaneous shrinkage of the surface varicosities without additional treatments at that point.
