SCLEROTHERAPY FOR BLUE VEINS | A PATIENT FROM NORTH HILLS
This is a 36 years old Philippina woman, working in the nursing profession, from North Hills California, who presented with visible blue (reticular) veins on her thighs and legs. Her darker skin complexion and larger caliber surface veins predisposed her to skin pigmentation after sclerotherpy. She was treated with 3 sessions of sclerotherpy injections using the mildest possible solution suitable for her skin type. As the after pictures demonstrate, excellent cosmetic results were achieved in 10 weeks.
